Affiliate & Referral Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Nexis Growth Partner Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Referral Links

Approved affiliates will receive unique referral links to share with potential customers. Referrals are attributed to you when a customer signs up using your unique referral link.

2. Affiliate Accounts

To participate, you must create an affiliate account. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your affiliate account.

3. Referral Attribution

A referral is attributed to you when a new customer clicks your referral link and completes a qualifying purchase. Attribution is tracked via cookies and other tracking methods. Attribution periods and methods may change.

4. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned when a referred customer becomes a paying subscriber and completes their first successful payment. The referred customer must not have been an existing Nexis Growth customer.

5. Recurring Commissions

Depending on your agreement, you may earn recurring commissions for as long as the referred customer remains a paying subscriber. Recurring commissions are calculated based on the customer's active subscription payments.

6. Commission Rates

Affiliate commission rates may differ by program, agreement, or promotional period. Your applicable commission rate will be specified in your affiliate agreement or dashboard. Enterprise commissions may be negotiated separately.

7. Commission Approval

Commissions are subject to approval and may be reversed if the referred customer requests a refund, cancels within a specified period, or if the referral is deemed fraudulent.

8. Refund-Related Commission Reversals

If a referred customer receives a refund, the corresponding commission will be reversed. If a referred customer cancels their subscription, recurring commissions will cease from the date of cancellation.

9. Payment Thresholds

Commissions are paid once a minimum payment threshold is reached. The current minimum threshold is published in your affiliate dashboard. Payments are made via approved payment methods.

10. Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid on a regular schedule as specified in your affiliate agreement. Payments may be delayed if a referred customer's payment is disputed or reversed.

11. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates must not:

• Use spam to promote referral links
• Use misleading or deceptive advertising
• Create fake accounts or fraudulent referrals
• Bid on Nexis Growth branded keywords in paid advertising
• Impersonate Nexis Growth or its team members
• Use cookie stuffing or forced redirects

12. No Self-Referrals

You may not refer yourself or create accounts under different names to earn commissions on your own subscription. Self-referrals will result in commission reversal and may result in account termination.

13. No Fraudulent Referrals

Fraudulent referrals, including but not limited to fake accounts, stolen credit cards, or fabricated signups, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

14. Account Suspension

Nexis Growth may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for abuse, fraud, violation of these terms, or any activity that harms the Program or Nexis Growth's reputation.
